Welcome to Residence Bedding & Furniture Co., Ltd. (RS Residence).

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using our application, services and products. This is a contract between you and RS Residence.

By accessing our platform, it means that you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, you may stop using our application and services.

RS Residence has the right to change or modify these conditions whenever require and does not need to give prior information. You need to be updated with the changes and accept that you agree to these changes and abide by them.

1. Making an order

Once you have selected the products into your cart, you will be asked to submit or cancel the order. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure the information that you have entered is correct, especially your name, address and phone number as well as the list of your order.

Please note that once you have placed an order, you will not be able to cancel your order online. In case you want to cancel your order, please call +855 85 566 168 or +855 93 686 636 immediately, no more than 3 minutes after you placed the order online.

2. Price & Payment

In case you have any complaint regarding the quality of our products and services provided by RS Residence. Please give us a call at +855 85 566 168 or +855 93 686 636, we will try our best to assist you.

Customers may choose to make cash payment in person upon delivery or make an online payment.

A discount may apply to your order when there is a promotion on the product displayed by RS Residence.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery time may vary depending on each customer’s location. All orders in Phnom Penh are delivered by RS Residence team. For orders outside of Phnom Penh, we will use a delivery agency or courier to customers in the provinces. We aim to deliver our orders within 24 hours for customers located in Phnom Penh. If your order is not delivered within the specified time, please call us at +855 85 566 168 or +855 93 686 636, we will ensure that you receive the order as soon as possible.

If you fail to accept the delivery when it has arrived at your destination or we were unable to deliver at the designated time due to the insufficient instructions or directions that you have provided. The order would be deemed to have been delivered to you and you will be held accountable for the order.

Please note that there might be cases where it is not possible to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance and either cancel the order or deliver to an alternative address provided by you.

4. License

Unless otherwise stated, RS Residence own the intellectual property rights for all material on RS Residence. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from RS Residence for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from RS Residence
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from RS Residence
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from RS Residence
• Redistribute content from RS Residence
• RS Residence does not filter, edit, publish or review comments prior to their presence on the application. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of RS Residence, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, RS Residence shall not be liable for the comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the comments on this application.
• RS Residence reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the comments on our application and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
• The comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party
• The comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
• The comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant RS Residence a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

5. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our application and the use of this application. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Cambodian law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodian courts.
